After 15 years in the film and tv
industry, both behind and in front of
the camera, the lesson I learned over and over is that true creativity is born in a supportive, collaborative, compassionate environment. My goal is to cultivate a
safe space where people can discover
their own creative courage, where every 'crazy thought' gets to evolve into something unexpected.
I'm attracted to the unconventional—hard
angles, odd numbers, and unexpected third acts. I value the slightly off-kilter elements that make you think twice and linger in your mind.

AI is exciting, revolutionary, and demands our respect. It's a tool to enhance our creative thinking and output, but should never replace real expertise and experience. I've used AI throughout my work and find it equal parts fun and frustrating, but within that I do believe in drawing an ethical line to preserve the artistic integrity of what makes us human: our creativity.

I got this question from Adobes “My Creative Type” quiz and I think its so expressive of how our minds work. For me, always “why?” If we can understand the meaning, the intent, the tactic behind something then it is our job as creatives to figure out the how. The how is the fun part!

I’m honestly really happy for him, I hope that he can find a good rhythm with a new wave QB like Jayden Daniels. I cant imagine his frustration with the last 5 seasons, and I wish so badly we could have gotten a ring for him. I’ll miss him and the chemistry he had with the offense but his ‘24 numbers showed how unhappy he was. I wish him well (just not at the expense of the Niners).
